When you’re in the mood for a mouthwatering steak, Del Frisco’s doesn’t disappoint! Indulge in a succulent filet mignon, a hearty New York strip, or a juicy ribeye. You’ll also find tasty, keto-friendly side dishes to complement your meat, like baby zucchini parmesan.

Keto Menu Highlight: For an indulgent meal while eating out on keto, get the roasted prime rib (only available on Fridays and Saturdays)!

2) APL Restaurant

When it comes to keto restaurants, this one is truly “meat heaven” for those on the keto diet! Along with special cuts of steak, you can also enjoy their signature short rib, along with their lamb or bone-in pork chops. Top it off with some horseradish cream or smoked butter béarnaise, and a keto veggie side like the sprouted broccoli.

Keto Menu Highlight: We’re totally intrigued by the grilled thick cut bacon appetizer (yum). Plus, keto and bacon are the perfect pair!

If you’re seeking true American BBQ while eating out on the keto diet, this is the spot. Dedicated pitmaster, Burt Bakman, has a “lifelong obsession” to perfect his craft – and it shows in the food. Choose from mouthwatering brisket, pulled pork, various types of ribs and smoked chicken. Note that the sauces come on the side, so you have even more control over your calories and carbs.

Keto Menu Highlight: The beef rib at this keto-friendly restaurant in Los Angeles is only available on the weekends and it’s first come first serve (apparently it sells out quickly)! Reviewers say its fall-off-the-bone tender, with great beef flavor.

4) Quarters Korean BBQ

 This Korean BBQ restaurant offers “an inventive menu designed to be approachable and fun.” Choose between premium beef tapas (grilled bulgogi, boneless short rib and ribeye). They also offer pork and Korean tapas, along with seafood. All protein comes to the table raw and you cook it on a mini grill at your table – which is pretty awesome!
